The event he witnesses was in the house now rented by a new resident, a man who cause Ben some unease as things start to happen. The ancient and terrifying legend of vampires comes true for the inhabitants of the small New England town of Jerusalem's Lot, as a plague of nightstalking beings descends upon them.
