Summary:

Matilda: Matilda is a super-smart little girl who's woefully misunderstood by her family and her school principal, who thinks she's a show-off. But with the help of a brave best friend and a wonderful teacher, Matilda discovers that she doesn't have to get mad to get even. New adventures of Pippi Longstocking: While Pippi is sailing with her sea captain father, she is suddenly washed overboard and lost in a fierce storm. Pippi eventually drifts ashore to a small coastal town where she sets up house in an ancient vacated mansion, makes friends with the local children, and resists attempts made by grown-ups to put her in a children's home.
