Ira sleeps over Cover Image Book Book

Ira sleeps over / Bernard Waber.

Waber, Bernard. (Author).

Summary:

Ira is a young boy who is very excited to go to his friend’s house to sleep over. As he tells his family about the exciting news, his sister brings up a question that Ira hadn’t even considered: whether he would bring his teddy bear or not. Ira’s sister claims that his friend will think he’s a baby. Ira is left confused and tries to find ways to deal with his dilemma. He feels that he needs his teddy bear to help him get through the scary nights, and he is questioning his friend, Reggie, about just how scary his house gets at night, but Reggie is just too excited about the sleepover and does not give Ira much reassurance.
